• All silver items are Sterling Silver 925 with three layers of platinum electroplating for protection and shine.
• Beads, Bracelets and Charms are interchangeable and are made from the best quality materials.
• Cubic Zirconia are secured by jeweler set or a channeling process.
• All items are inspected for quality before shipping and have a manufacture damage warranty.
• The beads and bracelets are interchangeable with most other European Bead lines in the current market.
• Be sure to take care of the products as you would any fine quality jewelry piece. Please do not expose them to harsh chemicals or cleaners. Hand polish with a polish cloth often to keep the shine and product clean. See the Jewelry Care Instructions for further information on cleaning the product.
• Product is not returnable for company credit if there are any scratches or damages to the product. Please see our Return Policy under the FAQS for further information.

• Remember to use a rubber bead ornament or stopper clip as the last bead on the rope of the bracelet to stop the beads from falling off the bracelet while it is open.

BRACELETS:

• Lobster Bracelets are a 3mm silver snake rope chain bracelet with lobster clasp for closure.
• Bead Clasp Bracelets are a silver snake rope chain bracelet with a snap bead clasp for closure and are available in many sizes.  This style is the most popular bracelet style sold.
• CZ Bead Clasp Bracelets are a silver bracelet with a CZ snap bead clasp for closure. These items also come with a leather bracelet option.
• Bead Clasp Bangles
• Leather Bracelets are a leather rope bracelet with a silver clasp for closure. They are available in multiple sizes and colors and include the double “wrap” style.

DECORATIVE CHAINS, CLIPS, AND RUBBER ORNAMENTS: 

• Decorative Chains are two silver clips attached by a link chain that are worn as the last bead on the rope of the bracelet (one on each side of the clasp) to secure the bracelet if the clasp was to open (due to wear and tear or not being closed properly). It also helps ensure that the beads will not fall off the bracelet while the clasp is open. Many customers like the style it gives to the finished look of the bracelet on the wrist as well.
• Silver Stopper Clips are a clip similar to the bracelet clasp that open and then “lock” over the bracelet chain. They  can be decorative with designs that can be clipped on the rope part of the bracelet as the last bead to prevent the beads from falling off the bracelet while the clasp is open. They may come with a silicone insert or ring. The silicone insert is for non-threaded bracelets as this stops the clip from sliding. If the silicone insert is removed, then these clips can also be used to cover either one of the 2 threads that occur on threaded bracelets. They can also be clipped on the bracelet between other beads as a decorative item as well.

SILVER BEADS, LETTERS, ZODIACS, WORDS AND TERMS:

• Silver Beads category are a silver bead that is decorative or a themed bead that is the best selling bead category of the collection. They come in over 200 designs currently. Some beads have oxidation for accent.
• Silver beads may also have a high temperature enamel process for décor our colour accents.

SILVER CZ BEADS:

• CZ Silver Beads are a silver bead with cubic zirconium set in different designs and shapes in decorative or themed style beads. There are currently over 500 designs in the range.
• Pave and Pave Select Beads are a silver bead with many cubic zirconiums set in sphere, ball, and wheel shapes.
• Silver CZ beads may also have a high temperature enamel process for décor our colour accents.

• Two Tone Silver Beads are a silver bead that is decorative or themed with three micron gold plating (14kt) over the silver for accenting the design. They are an affordable way to capture the two tone look for less money.
• Two Tone CZ Silver Beads are a silver bead that is decorative or themed with three micron gold plating (14kt) over the silver and cubic zirconium set for accenting the design. They are an affordable way to capture the two tone look for less money.

• Deluxe Dangle Silver Beads are a premium selection silver dangle. They are a silver bead with cubic zirconium or another silver bead attached.
